Sacred 2: The biggest, most beautiful and most intelligent roleplaying game in the world? According to the GameStar: YES!

Read here to find out what awaits you in the latest edition (11/07) of GameStar:

GameStar took a tour through the vast and dangerous world of Ancaria. Heiko Klinge reports across more than ten pages about the "Biggest, most intelligent and most thrilling roleplaying game in the world."

Just like a good fairytale, every report needs an introduction that will attract your attention. Page one provides you with straight facts, which will give you an idea of  the full extent of Sacred 2.

"Once upon a time" - any good author would use that phrase now, because the story behind Sacred reads like a fairytale. You will learn everything about the early days, and find out what led up to the game that we now know and love - Sacred.

Eeny meeny miney moe - you face a difficult task even before Sacred 2 begins. Which character do I choose? GameStar introduces the six unique characters with a short description to make the choice easier for you.

After a short interview with Lead Designer Franz Stradal that covers the topics of game world, alignment and bugs, the adventure continues.

Big, bigger, Ancaria! An intricately designed map prevents you from getting lost in the vast game world. This map will give you an idea of Ancaria's true size, and GameStar reveals the first section.

Are you a loner, or a party animal? That's the question! You do not have to embark on the perilous, long and adventurous journey through Ancaria by yourself - you have plenty of other opportunities and choices.

Even heroes start out small and insignificant. At the beginning of the story, they are barely dressed.  As the story progresses they evolve into mean fighting machines, and that evolution results in a complete change of appearance.

Unfortunately, every story comes to an end eventually. The last page reveals secret information, and a conclusion by Heiko Klinge.

The GameStar staff and Ascaron hope you will enjoy the journey through Ancaria.
