Sacred 2 Newsletter

Ascaron Entertainment GmbH offers visitors of the Sacred 2 website the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter. The newsletter provides regular information about Sacred 2 by e-mail. This offers is subject to the following general terms and conditions.

§ 1 Registration

 

(1) In order to subscribe to the newsletter, the visitor must register and provide his e-mail address to Ascaron.

 

(2) The subscriber may provide further personal data but is not obliged to do so.

 

(3) Ascaron reserves the right to refuse any registration without submitting any reasons.

 

§ 2 Process

 

(1) The subscription to the newsletter will begin as soon as the registration has been completed. Ascaron will send the subscriber regular e-mails with product information and offers; however, the subscription does not constitute a claim to these services.

 

(2) Ascaron reserves the right to suspend or cancel the newsletter at any time. Reasons for such measures include – but are not limited to - technical difficulties (i.e. viruses in the computer system, manipulation, faulty or defective hardware or software) or legal reasons which may prevent the proper submission of our services.

§ 3 Cancellation

 

The subscriber may cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. Ascaron will delete all personal data upon cancellation.

 

§ 4 Liability

 

(1) Ascaron is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions during the data transfer, by disruptions of the technical installations or services, by inaccurate content, by the loss or deletion of data, by viruses or any other means during the subscription of the newsletter unless Ascaron, their employees or their auxiliary staff have acted grossly negligent or with intent.

 

§ 5 Data Protection

 

Ascaron commits to observing the legal requirements regarding protection of personal data. Please read the General Privacy Policy for further details.

 

§ 6 Final Clauses

 

(1) Ascaron reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The subscriber’s consent will be assumed unless he submits an e-mail within 14 days expression his objection.

(2) These general terms and conditions are subject to German law.
